Wall Street journal ranked Delaware 14th out of 20 of the fastest-growing,
wealthiest and most educated areas of the country. |

a county seat of Delaware County, the city of Delaware offers
the best of many worlds: the tree-lined streets and friendly
faces of a small college town, the rural beauty of the surrounding
countryside, and the urban excitement of nearby Columbus which
is less than 30 minutes away. |

Delaware lifestyle includes the cultural offerings of
a national liberal arts university, an unusual variety
of recreational opportunities, and the excitement of "The
Little Brown Jug." One of the jewels in the Triple
Crown of Grand Circuit harness racing, "The Jug"
brings thousands of visitors to Delaware each fall.
