Company was founded in 1947, outgrew its Columbus facility
in the late 1960s and looked north to Delaware County. Offered
17 acres of land in Delaware Industrial Park, plus tax incentives
and zoning assistance with a railroad right of way, Nippert
is now one of the park's anchor companies. Russ Nippert, company
president and general manager explains that, "the city
and county officials have always been there for us. They are
very pro-business. We feel they go out of their way to help
business grow in Delaware County." |
